Bienvenido Vacation Rentals – Short-Term Rental Agreement

By completing this reservation, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Rental Eligibility – The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the property for the duration of the stay.

2. Occupancy – Only the number of guests included in the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval is obtained.

3. Check-In & Check-Out – Guests agree to follow the published check-in and check-out times unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

4. House Rules – Guests agree to follow all posted house rules, including policies regarding smoking, pets, parties, quiet hours, parking, and property use. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

5. Property Care – Guests agree to treat the property with reasonable care and are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Liability – Guests understand they are using the property and its amenities at their own risk. Bienvenido Vacation Rentals and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring during the stay, except as required by law.

7. Maintenance & Emergencies – Guests agree to promptly report any maintenance issues or damage. Management may enter the property when reasonably necessary to make repairs, address emergencies, or protect the property.

8. No Illegal Activity – Illegal activity of any kind is prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

9. Cancellation Policy – Guests acknowledge that the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking governs any cancellation or refund request.

10. Agreement – By completing this reservation, the Guest certifies that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Rental Agreement, all house rules, and any additional policies provided for the specific property.
