The Villa is a brand new Italian-themed manufactured home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The king-sized beds are brand new iSerta mattresses and the master bedroom has an adjustable bed. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. The beds are topped with high-end linens. It is fully furnished with a washer/dryer inside the home. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, a stand alone shower, and lighted mirror make-up vanity.
The furniture is top-of-the-line, specifically the electric recliner with a massage feature.
There are three 43 inch smart tvs in the home, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Fiber optic 50mg internet is included. A fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and K-cup coffeemaker is very convenient.
A keypad code will be sent 1 hour before check in.

The turn in for the Villa is just to the east of the Pizza Hut. Turn into the mobile home area and then make your way to #13, it says The Villa on the side of the home.

Comfortable quite and spacious
We stayed at The Villa in Alpine, Tx. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room. Enjoyed the deck in the evenings. Neighborhood is very quiet!
It was all very nice and the host was quick to communicate. 10/10 would definitely book again ^-^
