Simpático

Simpático is a two bedroom, two bath commercial building that has been converted into a rental home. Historically, Simpático was a local burger joint called Tiny's that was beloved by the Alpine community. Later it was converted to a massage studio by the current owner. While not the standard residential floorplan, Simpatico boasts two ensuite bedrooms, one with a king bed, and another with a queen bed. A bonus room features a futon that can double as a tv room or an additional bedroom.

Guest will have access to the entire home minus a supply closet.

Simpático is on the west side of Alpine across the street from the post office.

The kitchen area is a small galley kitchen with a laundry area in the back of the home. It has a sink, a small refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

This property does not have cable or satellite service. However, there is a smart TV for you to login in to your apps and watch your favorite shows.
