Before leaving please make sure to complete the following to ensure you avoid extra charges:

Please leave all used beds unmade.

Load and run the dishwasher (if applicable) and wash any other used dishes.

Lock all windows and doors, including decks and porches.

Double check drawers, closets, and washer and dryer, and check for phone chargers – there is a $25 minimum shipping fee to return your items.

Empty out the refrigerator completely.

Take out all trash to proper location, including bathroom trash. (See Digital or House Guide for proper location for the property you are at.)

Set thermostats to 70 in the winter and 74 in the summer.

Remember to sign out of all apps on the smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime)
